Summer is almost here. Shops are full of short skirts and dresses, and it’s normal to want to show our legs. Medias Platino brings you 5 basic tips to show off your perfect legs this summer.
5 steps to perfect legs
Take care of your skin. Moisturize every night with almond oil and massage your legs. Go from the feet upwards. Bronzing cream gives extra glow, bronzed legs always look slimmer and mora attractive.
Combine cold and heat. To improve circulation, reduce varicose veins and avoid “tired legs” effect.
Hidrate. Drink two liters of water a day and infusions. Fluid retention is perfect legs’ greatest enemy.
Blood flow. Lie down or sleep with your legs up. High heels look good, but they shouldn’t be more than 6 cm high.
Give your legs a short massage before going to bed.
Don’t spend too much time sitting down or standing.
Exercise. Walk at least 30 minutes every day. Work out with an exercise routine 2 or 3 times a week. Running, cycling, aerobic, dancing or swimming are your leg’s best allies. Don’t forget an easy way to exercise, using stairs instead of the lift.
