Colored tights are coming strong from NYC and they are here to stay. Since last NYFW, in which they were a success, they are recently part of many celebrity looks an street style outfits.

During the last seasons, colored tights were in the background while the classics were all the fashion, specially black and nude. Winter hid the colors but after spring, this trend is getting stronger. And not just on the runway. We can also find the trend in streetstyle outfits, and everyday looks worn by trendsetters. 

Fantasy tights, fishnets, sheers… have always been present, but it’s time to wear them in the most colorful way. Green, blue, purple, red, and even white, and as high denier as possible. But if you wish to be more subtle, playing with transparency is a good option. 

Use them to break neutral looks, or combine them with a classic outfit to give them a twist. With patterned or floral looks you can use them to give the outfit some strong personality. If you are scared of this last option, go monochrome!
